CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
We will usually ship your order out within a day or two of receiving it. If you have made a mistake, please e-mail us immediately and we will try to fix the problem. If the order has shipped out, we can still do an exchange but shipping/handling charges will apply.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept your returns and exchanges, provided it is within 30 days of purchase and the item has not been used, worn or washed. All items must still have the tags and packaging they came with when being returned or exchanged. Please download and complete our return/exchange form and make sure to fill out all areas with a * to ensure the best customer service.
DROP SHIPMENTS
Some of our toys and accessories may be drop shipped and can take a few extra days to get to your home. Please read the description of the items you are ordering to see if this applies to your order. Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items from us and some are drop shipped, they will arrive separately.
SIZING
Our clothing is as true to age size as possible, however we do carry other brands of clothing and if we notice that an item runs a little smaller or larger, we will note this on the Details Page of that item. If there is no notation then please refer to our basic sizing chart below.
